Human centrism
"Staleva Mriia Bakhmut" represents a new vision of the "Yuvileiny" quarter, which has been almost completely destroyed. The basis for this was the concept of the "city of 15 minutes", which allows residents to meet their needs and services, such as work, shopping, education, health care and recreation, can be easily accessed within 15 minutes on foot or by bicycle from anywhere quarter
Stretching on 85 hectares, the quarter combines residential buildings, social and infrastructure facilities designed for 17 thousand residents.
The concept is designed to meet the needs of all population groups, creating conditions for comfortable living, work and recreation.
At the center of the block is a square surrounded by university buildings, office space, two shopping centers and a promenade area that houses children's and sports grounds, as well as places for quiet recreation and areas for the elderly, which provides barrier-free access.
In the past, the quarter was spacious, but with unused outbuildings. Therefore, it was decided to reduce the height of residential buildings from 9 to 2-6 floors. This made it possible to make the area more comfortable and convenient for living. In addition, the quarter was oriented towards the village, which contributed to the creation of a boulevard with a farmer's fair as a meeting place for residents.
The nearest underground shelters can be reached in no more than three minutes. Electronic charging stations and drinking water tanks are also installed in the quarter, which ensure its autonomy.
