Steel platform

One section (entrance) of a residential building with a total area of 542 m2 for 7 apartments.

The construction technology of the frame is a prefabricated metal platform. One section consists of 16 platforms. It is also possible to increase the required number of platforms to increase the number of floors in the building.

Apartments on the first floor have a private plot with access to it.

An elevator is provided in the center of the core of the stair-elevator complex to organize the unhindered movement of people with reduced mobility and the elderly. It is possible to build a house without an elevator.
